Can we get the diameter of the main assembly of the CF drive shaft?

I also cant find the diameter of the OEM driveshaft. If you have those deets, that would help, however it isn't critical.

P.S. I am unsure if I am the only one, but it lookes like photobucket isnt showing your images anymore. May I suggest imgur.com for pic hosting?

Where can I buy a really good carbon fiber driveshaft like the Velox? I like the driveshaft shop but the quality doesn't seem as nice.

Yeah I was willing to pay the extra few hundred for the Velox. But nothing wrong at all with the drive shaft shop version. Came in at 11.25lbs, great fitment, no vibration or noise issues.

A carbon fibre driveshaft weaved from dry, high modulus fibre is technically superior to one that is made with layers of wet carbon fibre sheets.

Velox used to make one with dry fibre, but there wasn't sufficient demand and no more.

A Taiwanese factory still makes one weaved from dry fibre:

http://www.j-fiber.com.tw/auto_page....=qu6upmkswa6qs.

Retail cost is US$1,200 plus shipping (about US$50 to USA). But this is a factory and you need to contact the factory yourself.

I was on the same boat, were looking to get one from verus, but they’re no longer offer one for sale. So I went with the dss one and happy with it so far, no noise or vibration.

Do you have stock or modded drivetrain bushings?

FT86 Speedfactory has the Velox CF driveshaft in stock!

Yes, its true, they have it in stock again! Get it while supplies lasts! I waited a LOONG time for it. I kept going back and forth between Velox and DSS but I really wanted the Velox one. I just ordered mine...should have it by next Monday! I'm Psyched! I'll post some pics and feedback.

It’s a great piece - I have one from the original run and I highly recommend it.
