Ha. The only licensed shop in BC is in Kelowna.
That'd be like Gogama or Foleyet over there.

I haven't been this annoyed and upset in a LONG TIME! My insurance company's adjuster is blind as fuck! This car wreck have been more nightmare than it need to be. IDK why they gotta make this so shitty.

Both the times I have ever made a claim it went as smooth as silk. No fight, no hassle, just a phone call and drop off and pick up the cars. Our no fault system appears bad on the surface but it works to get things done with no pain.

Lucky you... this have been fucking disaster.

*This is rant, so you can skip it*
Got a call from adjuster yesterday stating that, body shop did not fix the previous damage (on the rear), so they're not paying for the fix on the rear. It sound strange, cuz this shop is the shop I've ALWAYS went to. I've been going to that shop over 10yrs. They've treated me w respect, have always upfront with me and they've always fixed it 99.99999% perfectly (I'll admit there was once I saw small paint streak, but they fix that, when I told them). But now I have problem of them not repairing correctly? Sound fishy, so I went to the shop after work to see their side of story. The shop calmly explained, they even showed me the damages, both previous and current. In the photo, it's clear and obvious damage difference in the support beam. Yes, I got hit in the EXACT same spot, so damage look alike... BUT damages on the support beam is DIFFERENT! Today, I called the adjuster explaining that, but whole time he was stating it's dame damage. He have send me insurance side of photo, but very shitty photos w not whole car pic and just very small area pics. After 10~15mins explaining to him, but didn't go no where, so I asked for different adjuster.

I would suggest you contact the adjusters supervisor/manager.

I hope it gets sorted out for you.

I've called other insurance company and see if I can go through them instead of my insurance, so I don't have to go through w this BS plus I don't need to pay deductible. They said, that's fine... but problem is, due to how big was the wreck, to get my car repaired, it might take several wks.
