If there is enough interest, we'll likely offer a custom NA specific overpipe/frontpipe combo.

How well do you think this would work with a full stock exhaust?

I would not mind losing the front cat if it was not too loud.

Would this header and a proper tune yield pretty good #'s and power with the rest of the exhaust stock?

Thanks.

We'd say run them as is for now. We do not see radiant heat being an issue with our compact header design. Also, we will likely develop a heat shielding option later on down the road for those that want an OEM type quality alternative to wrapping or coating.

We'll certainly try our best to develop a system that will fit RHD cars too.

This header may work fine with a quality overpipe/frontpipe combo that utilizes the factory midpipe and possibly even the muffler section. We'll try to test and tune as many exhaust combinations as we possibly can once the production headers are on the shelf.

BTW, this video is more of a just-for-fun dyno video. Our very high CFM blower and extractor fans drown out a lot of the real sound. Furthermore, the test was conducted using an exhaust setup that we had readily available. We'll eventually develop a tuned exhaust front section combo that will perform and sound best with our header.

Having a manufactured heat shield is a big selling point for me. I hope you do develop a proper shield.

Folks, we sort of forgot to post a purchasing link for our header in our original link. Anyhow, I've added the link to the vendor for sale section. We'll be offering the special pre-order pricing until the end of the month.

Will this header work with an existing OFT EL tune? I'd like to not have to require custom tuning for exhaust parts while building up the car gradually.
