how much of a drop?

i have searched and cant seem to find a answer to my question, so hopefully someone can chime in and help.. soon i will be ordering the miro type 111, 18x8.5+35 (front) wrapped in 225/40/18, the rear will be 18x9.5+40 wrapped in 255/35/18, i know i will need minor negative camber.. but my question is what would be a good drop on the 18"s? i do NOT want to tuck, maybe close the fender gap to 2-3 fingers. and any recommendations on which springs to use would be appreciated? thanks for any and all advice...

Eibach Pro-Kit will be a nice fit for that IMO.

so a 1 inch drop would not be too much? i want the car to sit level and i want to close the gap alittle. but i do not want to tuck the wheel or have it to close to the fender that it rubs on bumps....new orleans has some nasty streets ., lots of holes and bumps..lol

This is the car on our RCE yellow springs. About a 20mm drop, and they include shortened bump stops. Function first! And they happen to look good.

A 1inch will be fine. The Eibach or the RCE springs are both great options.

The BBS wheels are 18x8 +38 offset. Perfect fit.

Rides great! It's kind of like a "sport package" BRZ.

RCE springs without a doubt. We have been running them from day one on ours with 18x9.5 30 offset wheels with 255 Hankook RS3's with only some minor rubbing in the rear.
