Hi Everyone!
Areeb here from Long island, New York. Just sold my 04 Acura TL and ordered a 2014 BRZ Limited. I already have some mods such as the Perrin 3" Header back exhaust, Front pipe, Overpipe, and a couple others sitting in the garage :/ Cant wait to get my car! unfortunately my dealer gave me an estimated order arrival date of mid December, which really sucks, but I know it'll be well worth it! Hope to dive in to conversation with all of you once I get the car in my hands!

Hey everyone! I plan on picking up my FR-S at the dealership this Friday and I remember following this site when the FT-86 was still in concept.
The FT-86 has been my dream car ever since! I'm a little rusty with stick; I learned how to drive on an old 4 speed VW bug back when I was 15. But I felt that with this car, I just had to have it in stick (although I've heard great things about the auto). I've been driving my parents' 06 Maxima for the last 7 years, and now that I'm actually a working professional, I figure it's time I get a car that's my own. Though I've always been interested in cars, I never really learned too much about aftermarket components or modding, but I definitely want to! It was just difficult to get immersed in it when all I had to work with was my soccer-mom sedan. Please have mercy on this noob. |

First, I suggest you read the owners manual ..... then two weeks later, read the whole manual (you'd be surprised how much information snuck in). As far as "mods", the FR-S is pretty darn good right out of the box .... drive it for a while before you start messing with it. Don't let the concrete parking stops sneak up on you. If you have questions .... remember, the search function on this forum is your friend .... Have fun! humfrz |
