FA20CLUB, please respond to me regarding my header purchase .

Hi guys @ FA20club.com,

I tried sending some emails, pm and text to Toni but no respond .

I sent the payment for the catted el header on June 12th , and prior the payment you were saying that it'll take 2-3 weeks for the header .

On July 18th, I sent you a text asking if the header is shipped yet and your respond on July 19th was " yes, I'll send you the tracking number in the morning "..... Nada.... Until July 31st , you text me saying that you're confused between me and other guys , and you promised me to send the correct tracking in the morning . As the same situation happened .... Promise but never deliver , as I receive nothing from you .

From June 12th as I sent the payment till today , aug 4th , I believe I'm entitled to know when will I get my purchased header ...

One of the reason why I chose to buy your product in the first place is because I heard good thing about your customer service , but I feel like I don't get that treatment as a buyer that spending the money ...please prove me wrong ....

So please , please , please get back to me .... I was thinking to get your turbo kit too , seems like I'll be spending the fund somewhere else .

I own a business too , and I'll try my best to satisfy the customer need ....

I will bump this thread until I get my purchase item in hand ..

Tan

I think he's trying to reach out to the vendor on the forum since they aren't responding to his emails, PM's, or texts about a header he had purchased.

I'm not sure what the right thing to do at this moment , part of me is still giving them benefit of the doubt .

try using the phone would be number one. even though you have my cell doesnt mean i can go through every text even within a couple days since im still going through emails and voicemails constantly for fastest response calling the shop will always be your number one route since ill be able to answer that readily as opposed to the other methods. of you guy can contact Andy@FA20CLUB since he is here to assist me with extending methods of communication which are currently being saturated. FYI tagging me in threads isnt effective either i dont sit on the pc all day or check the tagged threads lists often either i mainly look for notification of responses to threads i personally start. i know allot of members think i live on here but i dont and i try to be as vigilant as possible but some days im off the reservation and not in the office working but calls are always rerouted to my cell from the shop line. i give priority to that over my own cell cause of spam and useless personal phone calls versus the ones for the business coming in. if you dont already have the number here it is 888-657-1444 9-8pm M-S

Thanks for the respond Toni. Per your last text this morning , aug 4th, the header is leaving on Monday . I'm just hoping if there is no more confusion about it since it close to 2 months , which is a quite stretch compare to 2-3 week promised time.

Lets hope that this thing will be taken care soon so I don't have to worry about it and I may thinking to get your turbo kit .

I will call your shop on Monday to get the tracking number ....

Thanks ,
Tan

I ordered 5/31 received 7/23, it works great! Custom made takes time, usually more than less.
I ordered a Dezod Motorsports Header June 28 for my others daughters TC, still haven't seen it. Had to cancel the order, cars gone till April 2014.

Headers take time, coating takes time, if the website stated 4 weeks, then 4 weeks and 1 day later folks would be wondering "Where's my header"?

Ordered June 12th till aug 3rd still no idea when it'll be done ... Its 4 weeks and 1 day ?? What say u ?

Plain et catted header , promised 2-3 weeks , almost 2 months later still no tracking number , good business manner would give customer an update .... Not only promised but never deliver

I don't know about u man , I spent the money , i need my goods ! From 2-3 weeks to almost 2 months I think I'm pretty linient already .

Don't need to steer the pot , as per Toni text this morning , the header will leave on Monday , but I'll call the shop to get the tracking number for sure .... We'll see , I will update this post regularly till I have my goods in hand .

well its a good thing you were not part of the VG sharkfin group buy that has been trolling on these forums lol. I think the final end wait time was like 4 or 5 months...
