Installed my old grounding kit.

I wasn't exactly sure where this post should go.

Anyways, I got home today and remembered I still had my Buddy Club Racing Spec Condenser. Pulled it off my Evo before trading it in. Been laying in my garage the past couple days and I finally decided, why the hell not? So I installed it into my car this afternoon.

It's a little blurry. Sun came down by the time I finished and my phone isn't all that great at taking pictures at night.

Oh, should also mention I lost the nut for the positive battery terminal. Was not fun to look for. Luckily I found a 10mm nut that had the same thread.

I also noticed that extra ground connection (factory one) on the negative side was pretty dirty. I took it apart and cleaned it. You guys might want to check yours out as well.

I've read very... mixed reviews about grounding kits. What differences, exactly, do you see with it installed in your new car?

To be honest, I can't really say I notice much. I hardly get to drive the car because I have to drive the company car to work. And this thing is pretty old. I think 6-7 years now? This particular model was dynoed on an Evo and showed like a 3-5HP gain. I guess it all really depends on the quality of the factory grounding as well as the electrical system. I guess YMMV.

Same here. This one has been used since I had my xB. When I got my Evo I swapped it over to there. Now its in my FR-S. I know on my Evo it definitely did what they claimed it would do though.
