He is only willing to pay half the cost of the deductible ($250) Ill attach some pictures later of our txt conversation and you can judge for yourselves how I have been throughout the discussion.

Whats my options here? I really don't wish to make a mountain of a molehill here but it seems that he will not back down short of a court ruling. What do I do?

Shame that Rumble Nation would have someone so hostile representing them.

EDIT: Corey Van Leeuwen Convo
wow - read through his convo with you. The guy is an asshat and has no clue to boot.

If it were me? Fuck him. I'd take it to the Creme de la Creme of repair shops, have the entire roof replaced, an A1 job done and I would sue his ass off personally for the cost of entire repair plus plus.

YMMV, and you will probably want to consult with a lawyer to make sure you cross all the t's and dot all the i's.

Why didnt the company provide you with their insurance information on the spot? They should have some type of coverage, and you shouldnt have to claim anything on your insurance.

If you threatened someone.... yeah. You probably said something to the effect of "you better effing make this right" and it's pretty easy to see why.

Sorry, man. Quick fix is go through your insurance and go through small claims for the balance. The right fix would be to pursue through the companies insurance or have them direct pay the company that fixes your car.
