Sorry man, price is what it is. I went and added up the numbers for the absolute lowest going used prices for my partout items and the realistic low price of what I can sell it for and Im at 37k even with shipping included, so price is still firm (like I said, I have no motive to sell it in under 4 months :P)

Thanks! Yeah the LED's were mainly just a chore, Ive done advanced circuitboard welding before so It wasnt anything new, although the LCD's on the AEM gauges were definitely a trick.

Anyway, how long would you estimate that it took for you to convert all of the LED's to blue?

Wheeelp Ill most likey end up parting out in the next month if you're interested in anything.

Including the AEM gauges and component assembly/dissassembly? just under a week of evenings (testing each LED before after each solder [which is REALLY important]) and I am experienced at circuit board soldering (perks of being an engineer ). A few of the LED's are almost the size of a grain of sand which made things pretty difficult. I also didn't order enough blue led's the first time so had to wait till more came in. Quite a few died upon soldering (since they're so small the heatsoak is really fast), then also had a few genuine p.i.t.a. ones where the circuit board coating transferred to the contact pads so had to re-tin them. Also you have to make sure you get the right LED's, including spectral range (too narrow of focus LED looks bad) current rating and voltage rating.
I would say if you've never soldered on circuitboards before to not attempt it (unless you practice a LOT on a small circuitboard) because 1. if you mess it up it'll cost you, especially on the gauges, and 2. the LED's being as small as they are die really easily with too much solder heat. Literally only half a second and you can hear the LED lead flux fizzle and there went several dollars. Ive done many gauges, so I only burned up 3, but Id have at least 10 spares if I were you. Surgical tweezers, an exacto knife, small but high powered soldering iron (as to prevent heat up time leading to heatsoak) good solder, tin, and good eyes and patience are all definite must haves.
If you have the patience, steady hand, skill, time and tools its definitely a fantastic mod. I just dont get why Subaru didn't do it stock for the Series.blue

Honestly that'll get me the most money anyway in the end (selling it upright is just easier and faster).
Ive had about 3 people show interest but nothing definitely serious, so I would say the possibility is very likely.

Didn't win the truck I was bidding on so might be a bit longer on the partout but the car is still for sale as a whole. Price will go up soon due to an additional 1k payment soon to be made.
