Not so much a project, learn to drive in my Miata for a few years then maybe get a faster car or turn it into a Exocet? Continue to keep my T4R running, no mods for that other than some studded winters so I am unstoppable.

getting ready for the 4th of July track event at the Ridge Motorsports Park (Shelton, WA) I will be testing Racechrono's engine datalogging (previously used Torque App with Nexus 7) ..
clutch/brake fluid bleed is complete, changed the bleeder screws, engine oil, checked the belt tensioner.. let's see how the Ventus Z214s will hold up tomorrow

has anyone else have any experience with the kraftwerks/skunk2 oil cooler? Or any other oil cooler for that matter? I've had a few track days and I've gotten a way without using one, but I feel like I definitely need one. I just don't want oil spraying everywhere in the engine bay... Looking for some reviews or which one to buy vs. what not to buy.

Also, just to keep updated with my process, Kraftwerks customer service is amazing!!! Seriously CJ is the man, he has always replied to my responses promptly. On my second belt due to the first one ripping. I still think the 21mm rule is not a great way to start with how tight you want to use the belt, so maybe an update on that would be great for future kits. I'm currently running a flex fuel tune with a c38 running pretty much anywhere from e82-e86. Sadly no numbers My guess is a tad over 300whp with a conservative tune from Mike at Moto-East.

There isn't really a good option for an oil cooler with this kit. Best one I've seen is the OEM forester oil to liquid cooler.

I had the KW oil cooler kit on for a while and took it off because it leaked, and I could never quite pin down the source. I'm thinking about using a custom spacer with the kit so i can run a thermostatic sandwich plate and new lines with a Setrab oil cooler.

well to update, the warranty claim got denied, so i bought a new blower and got it installed yesterday. belt tension currently at 61hz according to the app.

i should have the car back on the road by this weekend, i just have to take out the DSS drive shaft and tighten up the bolts at the header to overpipe connection.

no i dont know the reason it got denied, and if i ever hear back why i can update.

Could maybe do something like this? Use the kw sandwich run the lines to this then the setrab oil cooler.

Anything special needed to clean the air intake filter? I have the bumper off and just knocked the filter on the ground to shake off the loose dirt.

This isn't a wet filter is it?

I need to replace the 75mm pulley with a new 95mm pulley. I'm having a hard time removing the blower pulley cause it just spins. Any suggestions?

Do you have an extra belt handy? I heated up the bolt to loosen the loctite and then wrapped the extra belt around the pulley to hold it tight. Then I just tried to hold the belt as tight and steady as possible while putting all my weight onto the Allen wrench.

It was a pain, but I got all the bolts free after getting pissed off enough and building up adrenaline haha

Yeah I have an extra belt... How did you heat up the bolt.... one of my buddies suggested getting a pulley puller?
