Temecula/Murrieta Owners Club?

Hey all, just wondering if anyone has started up a Temecula/Murrieta area Owners Club yet. It seems I'll be spending the majority of my time here and I'd like to find a group to meet up with.

I've tried searching for any topics on a Temeculul club, but there doesn't seem to be one up yet.

I know I've spotted at least a dozen FR-Ss/BRZs here, so any of you lot interested in starting up a club?

i feel like most people who own the car in the area aren't into any clubs or acknowledging other 86 owners. i've gotten thumbs up from more subaru owners and one other black brz owner. no fr-s owners.

Hmm, I'd still like to get a meet going. Though I do get the vibe that a lot of the owners here are suburban douche type. I hope I'm wrong though.

You're not wrong... I don't think Ive ever gotten a wave back in this town from another FRS / BRZ owner. It would be cool to meet up somewhere in town away from the larger car meets.

That's fair, but the point is, I'm looking for people that do give a shit if they see somebody with the same car. I mean, that's 90% of what a car club is right?

In any case, for those of you that are interested in starting up a meet, any good locations you could think of? I'd imagine most of the places along Winchester are gonna be a no-go. Perhaps down Jefferson or Murrieta Hot Springs?

Siggy's off of Jefferson in Murrieta doesnt seem to care about car meet ups. That would be a good place. I'm down to meet up with the fellow owners in town.

Yeah, I considered it, but I'd still like a local spot.

That sounds good. Would anyone be up to meet on Friday?

Side note, I'm actually parked next to a swp BRZ at Siam Thai Cuisine off Temecula Parkway. Considered leaving a note about the starting up a car meet but I didn't have any loose paper.
