CL to OL Delay Table

Hi All.

I am a longtime reader, first time poster, and new to messing with ECU software.

I am trying to set my CL to OL delay to 0 using RomRaider. As far as I can gather, there should just be a "CL to OL Delay" table somewhere, but I cannot seem to find it, and none of the tables I can see seem to describe a straight delay value. Either I am not looking for what I think I am looking for or there is a table missing.

My setup:
OFT stage1 93 tune
v2.10 OFT xmls: OFT_ZA1JA01C.xml
CalID: ZA1JA01C

As far as I can tell, all other tables are present and have correct-looking values in them.

Tables I have in CL/OL Transition category:
CL to OL Transition with Delay (Accelerator)
CL to OL Transition with Delay Throttle Hysteresis
CL to OL Transition with Delay (Base Pulse Width)
CL to OL Transition with Delay BPW Hysteresis
CL Delay Minimum (ECT)
CL Delay Maximum Engine Speed (Per Gear)
CL Delay Maximum Engine Speed (Neutral)
CL Delay Engine Speed B Counter Threshold
CL Delay Throttle A Counter Threshold
CL Delay Maximum (Throttle) (Low Atm. Pressure)
CL Delay Maximum (Throttle) (High Atm. Pressure)

Also attached (or attempted to at least) screenshot of the RR tables list.

No one else seems to have encountered this problem, so I must be doing something wrong. What am I missing?
-Spuds

PS. I've had my FRS for 3.5 years now, and haven't come across anything this forum has not already documented in detail. You All Rock.

oft defs are a bit old

A01C tunes are likely based on B01C roms

Try this grab a stock bo1c rom from the end of tactrix post liked below. Grab the corresponding romraider definition from the romraider site github

Open the stock bo1c rom with the github romraider bo1c def see if table you after is seen

Thanks for the suggestions. I pulled in stuff per steve99's instructions, and got the same thing to show up. Maybe the chart is named something different than I was expecting? See below for screenshot of B01C with the charts expanded. Anything look like the values I am looking for?

Kodename47, unless you have some ZA1JXXXC definitions I cant seem to find (which if there are, fo'realz let me know), I think I might need to use your car as well.

Also, sorry for the terrible scaling on the screenshot. Need to figure out how to properly descale my screenshots (4K monitor)

Wow. Yes, Kodename's OFT C Series definition file has the delay period table and all tables show correct axes/values with my tune as far as I can tell. Sorry, was only able to find ...G defs when I went to look for Kodename's stuff originally. Thanks to both of you!!!!!!

Sounds like all I have to do now is set all 3 delay periods to 0 and reflash, in order for the transition delay to never occur.

One more quick question. Out of curiosity, what does a red table title mean in RomRaider?

I think it higer user level tables. You may need to increase you user level in romraider to highest or debug to be able to get changes to red tavles to be saved. Its a bit of a trap it lets you edit but doent save the change if user level too low.

I have read somewhere it is a counter rather than a straight time value, but my OFT logs do seem to put the delay a bit below half a second.

If you follow the link Steve99 posted, it looks like Kodename47 already has a definition file for A01G (standard definition, not OFT). I think you could find what you are looking for in there for the standard definition file.

I've been looking for this myself and couldn't find it either. I have a ZA1JD00C modified OFT map. How would I go about loading @Kodename47 defs so it will load correctly and not error? @steve99 Thank you!!

Hmmm I see in signature "custom flex fuel tune" if this is oft flex then its likely based on a A01I rom with flex code added. You will need to get definition of shiv as its a special case

wait D00C flex would be based on A01G sorry

It was a base E85 OFT tune that I have changed a ton on, and will no long run E85, as we have "flex fuel" here now E51~65. So I have made changes the same tune and just keep making changes and saving my different versions, lol. Thanks @steve99
