Yep, still alive 11 degrees f 2" ice, will this winter ever end? I'm still trying to find a shop to work with to test the track setup that is near by, so far no luck. I'm retired and not looking to go back to a full time job selling shocks so finding a company to work with is the other part of the puzzle. Just a few details to work out on the shocks like bushing lengths and wiring install lengths other than that coming up with a good set of maps.

so looking at the newly released B6 and B8 units, how much would a retrofit of the adjustment mechanisms cost if one was to send you these things.

or are you now looking at outsourcing this to someone based on your designs\?

Because of the 46mm piston it can't be retrofitted to the rear but I have the design complete with springs and camber plates all I lack is testing on track to get the calibrations worked out. I will be in MD next week to do more shock dyno testing and to put together a marketing plan including finishing the testing so if this winter will let up maybe I can get back on this project. I now have 9,000 miles of road testing without issues just need the same on track.
Thanks

I have mountains with trees and no mud slides, I can go outside and burn a tire or shoot my 22 and nobody shows up with helicopters. Winter will end soon and we can go play some more. Thanks for the offer though.

Finally got a chance to get back on the shock dyno using some special software with a travel pot. I was able to change the shock valving for bump/rebound from full soft on bump to full hard on rebound up to 8" per sec, at 20" per sec it started falling behind a little but with some tweaks I think I can catch that. As for a regressive curve, absolutely can change the valving during bump/rebound anyway it's needed, I think it would be possible to create a valve profile in software. The more I play with these is the more I want to try stuff I have got to get a shock dyno here to work with. While this isn't part of the kit for the Scion it shows how much control with more sensors you can have. I wish I had some screen shots but just didn't think about it until I was on the way home. Now that winter is maybe going away I can get some track testing done.
Thanks

Should be at VIR Tuesday and Wednesday to test with my car with the lowered 400/450 spring setup but on stock tires so we should get some good info on balance control. In earlier shock dyno testing by adding a travel sensor I could change the bump/rebound during the stroke to the point of true regression control. I wish I could put the time into this full time to finish it up.
