Freeway Debris 1 Whiteout FRS 0

The Saturday before 86 fest was not such a great day. While traveling on the 134 west bound a large piece of metal was sent across the lanes which I swerved to a avoid. Unfortunately I was unable to do so!!! Now 3 weeks later I am waiting on the body shop to get it done right. This will be the 2nd bumper cover they are painting since they had to order another one because they couldn't get it right the first 2 times they painted it

Could do what my buddy with an Audi did when his bumper got cracked. It got some stitches.

That same look happened to my RSX twice (first time an entire wooden palette flopping around on the highway and the second swerving hard to avoid a mass stop and slid into the guardrail). Sorry to hear it bro!

I don't have the damaged bumper cover as the body shop got rid of it, but I am going to see if they will give me the oem replacement they put on. They are replacing it a second time because they had trouble painting it twice (toyota gave them wrong paint code info) and did not want to do it a third time. If I can get it I will put post it up.

Just curious why do they have to get a whole new bumper just for a paint mistake?

Well I just got my baby back and she's good as new!!! As for the reason they had to order a second bumper cover, you can thank Toyota for that as they could not even provide the right paint code information . Thanks to PPG for stepping in and getting it done!!! Anyway I will have the original damaged one and the OEM replacement that was screwed up the first 2 times they painted it and will offer them up next week at some point.

Just find a few parking blocks and curbs.
