He always responds to my private messages and he shipped out my side markers ASAP and they took less than a week to get to my post office. He even made an accommodation on a promotional item for me. I guess all the previous posters must have weird occurrences because this vendor has always been up front with me

So I was part of the botched Tom's clear light groupbuy. My money has been with this guy since July. I asked for a refund about a month ago. He said it would take 14 days and that I would see something after the 30th of August. Still nothing. Why is this so hard?

Haven't heard anything from you regarding this.
Originally contacted you on 8/19 asking for a full refund for order #: 1011. Was told it would take 14 days from the original request for refund on 8/25. It's now about a full month later. Update on my order:
I finally received mine last Friday. My items were in perfect condition and exactly what I was hoping for. Just wish the shipping had been faster |

Was also duped into pre-ordering the US TOMS tail lights back in August.
Requested a refund back in August 20th 86_ZN6 tells me that he'll process them in the order that they we're received. So I patiently wait, and wait, but never see a credit or hear back from him. Email him a 3rd time on Sept 28th, over a month later to find out whats going on. 86_ZN6 says that everything has been processed and that its up to my bank. Till today I still don't have a credit from him even after emailing and PMing him several times. I finally had to take it up with my bank and file a formal dispute against him so I could get my refund. Bank tells me that they have no credits pending on my account and was able to give me a temporary credit and will bill him back for it. I emailed him to let him know that I've filed a formal dispute and that i'm taking to the boards with my experiences. Must of put a fire under his ass, cause I got a phone call within minutes giving me excuses, saying that he's waiting to hear back from the bank etc. Pathetic. To little to late. All it would of taken was one email to let me know that he had called and was waiting to hear back. I really tried being patient and was ultimately forced to take it up with my bank. 0/10 - Do not buy from this vendor. Poor communication and poor customer service. Would not recommend this vendor to anyone.
