I'd like to start driving Mines Rd again on Sunday mornings, but I need to get my oil, transmission/diff, and brake fluid changed first. Just hit 30k.

Let me know when you do. I haven't been up that way yet and wouldn't mind someone to follow.

Sounds good! I'll post the details here when I go.

Still looking for a shop to do my fluid changes, or maybe the help of someone experienced with this to assist with a DIY.

Count me in as well!

FYI a buddy of mine runs Dynamic Autoworks in Fremont. I've had them do work on my car before and I would 1000% trust them with it again. The owner (Adam) has a long background in Japanese cars and is currently building a JZX100.

You'll enjoy the increase in power.

I think the HP is actually less in the 2.4L model I got, lol. Something like 185. But there's more torque .

I would say “Is it acceptable to drive a Kia Optima.”

Yes, if you’re renting a car and that’s the only option.

Happy Father's day to all the dad's out there! My father's day gift? I get to get up ass early in the morning for a canyon run, then head back just in time to cook the fam breakfast

Roasted turkeys?
That BBQ grill might even be able to fricassee a deer or two.
