I don't recall, it was a while ago and I believe it was just some nuts I had in my spare hardware bin.

FWIW I installed the 25mm/19mm tubular Eibach sways in the Spring with new factory endlinks (originals were totally rusted/fused). 10 track days since installation and I haven't noted any loosening... I have them set to softer front and stiffer rear settings (~150% stiffer than stock front and rear IIRC).

No worries. Turns out they are M12x1.25. Thought it looked familiar and a spare lug nut spun right on

Thanks - we'll see if the jam nut fixes my issue. If not, I'll look at getting some different endlinks or re-using the stock ones.

Guess I'll try getting putting another nut on them as a jam-nut to see if that holds.

Diagnosing in the paddock is a PITA. Just lifting one side with my jack put enough force on the sway bar to make the end link feel tight. No amount of tugging would make it move or make noise. But I borrowed another drivers jack and raised the whole front end. Once the bar/endlinks were unloaded, it was really obvious the drivers side was loose and would rattle when tugged.

Thanks for the heads-up. Tried the loctite and it wasn't sufficient, but at least it gave me a good idea of what to check to find the suspension rattle.
Locitite advises to increase the torque applied to the nut based on their material specs. From top of my mind, a 10-20% increase, as the friction coefficient increases on the threads and this drives to lower clamp force (torque is the witness, what you want is clamp).

I had the same issue with the 20mm Sway and endlinks by WL. We really had to tighten them down to get it from coming loose. But after this all good with 5+ Track days and DD miles as well.

Sorry to necro this one, does anyone have the spring rates calculated or measured for the 22front 18rear whiteline sway bars?

I am running some calculations on the roll stiffness to compare to stock, and am planning on installing those in April timeframe before season starts.

22brz with stock dampers.
