Rich totally took care of me today and I have to say the BRZ is an amazing car to drive. Thanks Rich and Irvine Subaru!

Congrats! Glad to hear there is another satisfied customer from the group with the car and the dealer. This is my first time buying new, so I'm a little apprehensive.

I got the call too and my WRB limited should be in as well! I'm not close to ready either. Hopefully I can get tomorrow off, otherwise I have to wait until Tuesday. This was so abrupt that I feel a bit overwhelmed - excited and panicky.

Got the same call. Guess we'll be picking up our cars sometime this week. Woohoo! :happy0180:

I got a call this morning too, that my SWP Limited 6MT would be in tomorrow. I told him that unfortunately I won't be getting one this year, and he was pretty sad to hear it. Then he said that if I didn't get it, they'd be selling it for $5k above sticker price. WOWZAA, right?

So anyone who's seriously interested and willing to buy me a bag of dark chocolate covered mini pretzels from Trader Joe's, please PM me immediately. I'm too lazy to comb through that other thread and my old PMs, so yea...

For anyone who's getting theirs tomorrow, and is nearby, take me for a ride sometime!!

Man...could've been mine. I got impatient and got my white FR-S now though. Hope things work out for you and you end up getting one eventually. Down to take you for a ride in my FR-S though.

Everyone expecting a delivery yesterday or today, the cars are in! Go get them!

FYI the owner Desiree tried calling me this morning saying my car was in and that she placed the order for me. I've been working with Rich the whole time. Shady business owner... don't deal with her. Deal with Rich directly!

Just got off the phone with Rich this morning. He said he will be in the office around 3 pm. That's when I'll be there to pick up my car. Can't wait!

My buddy tried taking over for Burt's BRZ order and got slapped down with a $5 markup...shady business practices indeed. Rich is really a class act though, despite the owner's greed. Explained the entire situation and even offered to work out a reduction in the mark-up. My buddy said "thanks but no thanks". Good luck to all of you guys. Looks like Subaru will lose another customer willing to pay MSRP to Scion.

Picked up my SWP Limited yesterday. Rich was great and the transaction went smooth and fast. As soon as I get some time I'll post up some pics, but needless to say this car is awesome!

If you're used to sport luxury cars, the interior will feel low rent, but the drive feels awesome! I would say the ride feels very close to my old E46 M3, especially on rough surfaces. Still trying to break her in easy so can't speak of power or speed, but I will say that the car feels quick and peppy. Overall, the car feels, for a lack of a better description, RAW in my hands. It just communicates very well and corners flat as a go kart! So glad I waited.
