Looks like the old FRSx86 logo that was the lifestyle brand that eventually became Autotuned (a shop in SoCal). It's a Yospeed plaque though like others have said so maybe they did a collab or someone just really liked the logo.

It looks like it was CNC engraved as well, someone may have made it themselves, unlike the ones you can find on the internet. Probably 3m taped down onto that spot as well like the others however.

I believe it could be one of the first FRS' that were built or touched by autotuned in SoCal.
