Had a work situation which meant I bought a car now or wait until 2013. Ended up going with the former. After long thought, I bought an Asphalt FR-S.

I do have the #10 WRB BRZ Limited 6MT with Auto Dim Mirror + Wheel locks on order with Gillman Southwest in Houston. I called SOA last week and they still said waitlisted, but from talking with the dealer I'm thinking it will arrive middle of July or August.

PM me if you want that slot.

Can anyone else vouch for Corpus Christi's markups of $5K?

And Hurst (white limited) and Denton Huffine (black)

By the way JollyJON, have you worked with D? If so, was he pretty good?

If I had the option to wait longer I'd try to get the BRZ here in Texas, but its hard enough to get the FR-S without a test drive model! I will drive to the edges of this state to test drive and eventually snatch up my FR-S Dat drive back home... should be epic. Can't wait to see how many hold out long enough to get their BRZ in my area.

I am looking for a BRZ limited auto if anyone finds one that is reasonable. I found two in FL for 2,500 markup, 1 in OKC for 10,000 markup and several in Cali and NJ for 15,000-25,000 markup. Autotrader is full of new autos but they are all an average of 5k over msrp. Not gonna happen.

I need an auto so the gf can drive it.

BTW, first post; just wanted a heads up on any localish BRZs.

I cannot do the Manual as much as I would like to... This is a car that my gf will drive for the most part. Can you email them and ask if you can get a auto instead?

EDIT: If you can get me an auto I'll give you 100 bucks

I believe Bob Moore Subaru of Arlington, TX has a WRB limited Auto for sale. You'll have to call them to see if it's still available...

I heard there is a warehouse full of BRZ's packed in Cosmoline. They are only 50 bucks but the catch is that you have to assemble them yourself!
