It is in British Columbia, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and Quebec. The rest of the provinces are not.

It is government run but still works as an insurance company. Your rate will be based upon age, experience, ticket/accidents, exact address where you live and even your credit score. Nobody here can tell you a base cost or even guess what your rate will be. Unless you actually sit down and give all the details they can not give you a price. It isn't a matter of them being standoffish. The only thing I can say for sure is that for a FRS at 17 it won't be cheap!

Live on campus! There is nothing to match the experience of living in a dorm with 300 guys who are on their own for the first time. Did you ever see Animal House? They left out most of the good stuff

Lol, thats the plan, but i'm doing a one year program at a college before i go to my longer term university, and the college doesn't have dorms so i'm commuting from a friend's place that's giving me a good deal on rent
