buying used parts

Hello everyone

I was wondering if someone could tell the best way to buy used parts via pay pal to aviod getting ripped off

Don't send your payment as a gift and you'll have Paypal's dispute system should the need arise. You kind of answered your own question there.

Pay with paypal, do not pay via the "gift" option use the "goods and services". If your parts have not arrived in 45 days, they arrive but aren't as described, or you're missing some of them, file a claim through paypal. Under no circumstances let it go past 45 days. You can add an additional layer of protection by funding paypal with your credit card (rather than bank account), which will allow you to do a chargeback, check with your provider for chargeback timeframe.

I take and send a lot of payments with paypal, the fees suck, but it is very safe if you use it as I described.
