Maybe it's time we put together another slightly more intimate event. Anyone up for pizza and beers sometime in October? I bet wheelhaus and I would both be willing to meet up sometime at Parry's Pizza in Highlands Ranch.

I might turn out for that, depending on the date. (Also not a FB person.)

Does anyone here have Bilstein B14 or B16 coilovers? I'm considering buying some but would really like to test ride them before making the jump. Thanks!

Hey guys I'm considering moving to Denver from Southern California.

I was wondering how our cars perform at such a high elevation, was considering switching to a wrx if I make the move.

They are significantly slower at this altitude. I live at 6,000 feet, and have driven down to 600 feet. The difference is dramatic. Of course, it is even worse when going up to the mountains. It really does require a different driving style depending on how much power you have.

Pretty much, yes. You'd be surprised how differently you need to modulate the clutch in Breckenridge compared to Chicago. A heavy flywheel certainly helps when accelerating from stationary in the mountains. It doesn't matter nearly as much in Chicago.

Interesting... maybe I'll consider boosting instead decisions decisions lol.

Guess I better visit first and see if I like the area, but on paper it seems like a solid move.

Hi front rangers... just scored a BRZ with 17k miles on er. She’s got a corsa catback but I need a bit more grunt so to speak. Thinking first move is flex fuel and ace 350 header with equtec tune kit. Does anyone here have any experience with running the delicious flex fuel tune kit ? If so what’s up with the emissions ? Provided flex fuel is something that can be emissions legal where is a good shop to help with all of this ? Thanks for the recommendations.

Hello, from Erie

I have been looking around for shops/tuners that have some experience with BRZ/FRS
Does anyone here have any experience with local shops? (I am closest to Longmont/Boulder however I am willing to go wherever I can find good technicians and or tuners who take pride in what they do, and do it well)

I will probably need it installed for me to minimize the amount of time the car is immobilized
I will 100% need it Tuned.

IF anyone here has experience with shops please let me know.
bonus if you have a turbocharger kit that did not require crash bar removal/modification.
I have not nailed down exactly what I want, but I do know that on my DD I am not running a drift bar...

Also If there are meets or things like that I would love to show up and see what others are doing with their cars.

Been about 6 years since the last post about tints. Any recommendations in the Denver metro area?
