“Cloudy” repaint

So i had some panels redone to clean up scrapes. They were able to beautifully match the pearl color. Problem is, when reflected on by light, you can see its cloudy. Sorta like a car thats been left out a long time. Is this just a clearcoat polishing issue? Or will this need a new repaint?

Garage
Sounds like it has "orange peel" and would need to be wet-sanded and then re-cleared. Take it back and complain.

Picture would help. "Cloudy" could mean anything.

its either swirl marks from buffing or dieback from a shit clear coat product, but without pics nobody is going to be able to for sure tell you what it is.

As said above:

Also, as mentioned, I'd suggest you consult with whoever painted your car.
