I'm assuming you put down a deposit for a spot in line for the pre-order and you haven't actually ordered the car yet.

My guess at a timeline:

Late Feb: Price and trim levels released
Late March: Pre-order system open, orders placed
Mid May: First vehicles get delivered

I might lose it before mid-May . Im hoping for late April!

I went in and out down my deposit yesterday as well. They didn't say 8 weeks, but they did say the regional rep for Subaru is updating them regularly and they expect they will be able to place their orders soon.

I'm number 7 on the list at the dealer I went to. But they said that could still mean I might not get one until summer. They are expecting their first delivery might be as small as two BRZ's

We in DC have a Silver Limited at our Auto show, but no one spotted it when they were unloading it, it's already on the display floor. Gotta say... looks great in Silver.

Yup. I was number 1 at my dealership. My dealer is 27th largest in the country and he expects only 3-6. =\

Sorry Dave I didn't want to post in two places I had the pics up on the auto show thread. I'll add more once people I know start tweeting and stuff, I wont be going till Monday but I'm bringing an SLR for it.

hmmm now that I look at it, it's possible that it's SWP isnt it....I'm not sure is this silver or SWP?I'm confused...I think it's silver.

That's silver for sure. Ask Miles if it's Ice Silver or some other color.
