It's also a douche move on OP's part to demand a buyer to pay his fees. Just list a price that nets the amount you want after PayPal takes their share.. In this case, $250 x 2.9% + $0.30 = $257.55

I've actually bought a Perrin OP from this guy a few months back. He took care of his business pretty quickly. Just saying I don't think he'll scam anyone.
