Aren't these ****s the same ones that were crying about no-one going to buy the car and being 'forced' to sell it because 'it doesn't have AWD, and we already have the WRX so why do we need a sports coupe and besides we have no idea how to sell it'? Then when the cars are basically selling themselves they are marking up maybe like ~10% in this case? ****s.

God it's going to be soooo much worse in Canada...

Just so everyone doesn't think I'm all negative, the other dealer that I left a deposit with, Bob Moore Subaru in Hurst sounds more than willing to get my deposit back to me since I won't be purchasing through them. As long as that happens within the next week or so I would definitely recommend DFW guys to shop there.

Additionally, North Park Subaru in San Antonio has been great today and I'm looking forward to doing business with them in the future with the BRZ.

I agree, I didn't have a good experience with them either. I would go to Annapolis any day. They are awesome.

Wow, 4th person to agree. I really hope people avoid them when buying a car.

Good thing you exposed these robbers in suits we call car dealers at Hiley. Good thing I haven't met a dealer like this..yet.

Looks like the people at Hiley pulled my negative review of their dealership off Google.

Eh I don't know how it works either, but I'll just keep reposting a negative review. As long as I cost them one sale it will more than make up for the $2500 they tried to screw me over with.

Don't forget Yelp. Post the review there as well.

Below are dealerships that we hope you can avoid in the future based on their shady sales tactics.

Feel free to add if you have other bad experiences with regards to "bait and switch" type tactics from dealers. If dealers are being up front with markups they don't need to be raked over the coals as that is their decision as long as they are up front with the customer about it.
I would email that dealer and link them to this thread.
Let them learn the lesson. I freaking HATE dealers.
