Tom's tail light gap

Just received my Tom's tail lamp from @RavSpec, they look great! Except the right passenger trail light seems to have a gap from manufacturer. Doesn't seem to be a way to push the tab in :-(

I'll contact @RavSpec and figure this out in meantime. Anyone else have this?

I have the same gap on the same side. It doesn't really bother me anymore. But I've seen others with perfect fitment.

Were you able to flex the whole tail light to push that in?! I'll give that a try.

I'm definitely OCD, can't have the gap!

There is a long protruding "stick" on the back of the taillights that needs to go into a hole to make it sit flush. Make sure that's in correctly. Make sure you didn't break it either trying to jam the tail light in there.

Definitely have someone else push the tail in place while you tighten the bolts. Much easier to do and will ensure a tight fit. After having my wife help out, mine sit perfectly flush now as well.

It's actually not the taillight against the body. That part is fine.

There is a tab on the side marker that is not seated. I would have to open the tail light and push it snapped closed.

I had these shreds of plastic in my clear tom's. It wasn't a big deal, but man it looked like it was scratched from the inside and very annoying to look at. Will@486power took care of it right away and I got it replaced within a week. Great customer service going on over there.
