IDK the picture just looked like there was more weight up higher than than flat 4 but I didn't do any kind of scientific measurements...

What about unscientific ones? For instance, unscientifically, I feel like a significantly lighter engine, even if slightly taller would be a net plus for the center of mass, moving it rearward. A lighter engine would help negate the added mass of cables required to move the battery to the trunk.
