Did you contact Sprintex USA at 405.607.2202?

Yes and sent an email through their website. I have tried to contact them regarding something else and never got a response back.

I emailed them this afternoon to get a copy of their latest revision of the install guide, since I'm doing an install tomorrow. I had a response back with the attachment within 5 minutes. Sorry to hear your experience isn't going as smoothly. You could try calling Moto-East since they're a Sprintex dealer. I'm sure they can find you something.
And as an FYI for everyone, if you want the Rev. 1.10 of the install guide, let me know and I can send you the pdf. It's a bit more detailed than the 1.3 guide listed on their website.

Well I did get a call just a bit ago and they took care of my questions. I must have been a little impatient.

I needed replacement parts, called twice, sent 4 emails...nothing. Just when I was about to give up, I called one more time. I got in touch with Gary Turner, and he priced out the parts for me. Try calling and asking for Gary Turner. PM me for his email address, if you prefer emailing him.

However, the part you need is a standard bypass actuator you can buy from many shops. Look at the part number, and just buy it online. Sprintex will probably be higher priced anyway.

Check the part number, but I believe this is what you need:
https://jonbondperformance.com/index...roducts_id=672

Edit: On a side note, I hope you never need any of their special parts (throttle body harness, inlet tube, etc...). Those parts are nearly impossible to get from them. I was having to buy them from Sprintex Australia and pay for the shipping to the U.S. It's very frustrating. You'd think they would stock some of the parts.

That is disappointing for power figures. There is no E85 where I live.
Moto-East said I would need to run the 335 to hit 300 whp on 94 octane. I just need to know how reliable and safe this is. Waiting to hear back.

If you are looking for power numbers, your better off getting a turbo if you have 93/94 in your area. JDL's base kit with a bit of extra boost should be perfect

To get big FA20 HP on 91/93 takes dropping compression. That's life.
