Between you and @Reaper you guys have all the used stock transmissions stockpiled in your garages!

Are you going with the Velox Motorsports custom gears that are in development or the straight cut set that Ryan Randels is posting about on social media and won't disclose any details about who's making them? EDIT: @Sportsguy83 knows whats up!

neither. im working with a GT-R trans builder and a very large gear manufacturer. I cant really disclose a ton right now. all i can say is that we should have some options soon. and more options means less cost to us all

Sweet build. Im subscribing as fbm is building my motor. Is your motor a stage 1 or stage 2. Did you use the fbm rods or manley turbo tuffs?

Finally made it to the track for the first time. Going to have to preload hard with the clutch/e brake and slip it off the line. Car doesn't have enough power off the line to keep it from bogging. Even at 6k rpm launch control. Tires hook like nobody business. Managed to break the diff on the 4th pass. I'll throw a stock 4.10 one back in and hit the track again next Friday and get the 60ft where it needs to be. Car has great power once it gets going. With a 2.3 60ft it still went 11.7@133. That's enough mph to get down in the low 10's where we want it to be. It's all about getting the short track sorted out and the right combo dialed in

nice, i really need to do some headwork this winter to open her up. you on stock heads still?

looks like we might have killed our first trans. doesn't want to go in gear anymore, makes horrible noises, and pops out of gear constantly. hopefully it holds long enough to drive from my house over to the shop to swap it out. something cool trans wise might be going down soon. Brady spent the morning on the phone with some people
