I would be more than happy with a simple ETA as to when we can freaking see something! that's not much to ask, and ETA for DYNO and an ETA for production.

Yeah, they released an ETA for numbers and for shipping. So, you know... go read.

All I hear is "WWAAAAAHHHHH!!!!!"
They gave an eta for product shipping and release so one would reasonably assume that they can (and will) provide a dyno figure before then. Crying about it won't make it come any sooner. Hell, I'm as keen as the next bloke to see the numbers and (more importantly) the curve on the dyno sheet, but best to make sure they have it right before then, right? |

What sort of hot weather testing have you allowed for? In the summer here in Dubai we often see temperatures over 50°C. 1. Any issues? 2. Still able to push it hard or would need to drive more conservatively in these times? 3. For temperature reasons alone - would you recommend the Stage 1 (lower boost) or Stage 2 (with cooler) or would it be Stage 1 boost levels with the addition of the intercooler? Does the intercooler keep the engine temps down or is it only about getting more dense air in?

My reaction after looking at the top of the strut on the right side of the picture.
[ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WEtRoZ5FWNc"]Chris Griffin- Whaaaat? - YouTube[/ame] Also, the car above has the strut tower to firewall brace missing, the car above it has it still in place. I hope the cusco one is only missing for install. |
