So you and (the people) want to more than double the stock whp for I'm guessing less than 5K and have it make power, be consistent, reliable and include all those parts (not even to mention labor costs on installation and tuning)? Let me know how that works out for you all.
So what you are saying in a round about way is, all the other setups on here are going to blow up because they only have one management on them. Let me know when that starts to happen.

I was referring to engine management aside (that is a Dynosty feature) and whether they blow up or not depends on the actual tune among other obvious variables. Yes, I realize Haltech's are expensive I almost ran one in my Mazda3. Remove $2,200 give our take a few hundred dollars for the engine management, the cost is still not going to be low.

Dynosty stated their reasons to why they use two engine management systems already. I'm not building a kit for this car so I don't know the other builders limitations on tuning, monitoring, features and why they choose Haltech, AEM, COBB, ECUTek, ProEFI etc over one another.

That's what my conment was about though.

As a side note, I don't see how $5-6k is an unreasonable price for double the HP. I doubled the HP on my other cars for that much.

So..... Dynosty, how's your motor holding up with Haltech? What power are you running now? Tuning still going well? Still on the first motor or have you blown one yet?

We have logged several 1000 miles now, and it is still holding up strong. Now that it is getting colder, we are making adjustments for boost by gear for better traction down low. We are still at 409whp, haven't pushed it any further yet, just putting it through its paces at this power level.

which modifications did you have to do to the automatic transmission to make it hold the torque associated with the 400+whp boost?
the stock auto is only rated for 309 torque.

thnx in advance for your response.

No mods needed. The Auto's are beefier then they are rated for.

Wanted to see what all the hype was with this new platform so thought I'd check out some threads. Some nice cars and nice aftermarket support.

Great deal for a turn key kit. If you want lower cost configurations, talk to these guys. Dynosty is the real deal.

Just a heads-up... I'm unable to visit your website because OpenDNS has labeled it a Phishing Site. I'd suggest getting with them to get it removed from that list.
