Hose on left is designed for an aluminum hose end of some type, it's inside ID is largely irrelevant when used as intended.

On the contrary, vendors would prefer a community that doesn't actually know much as they're easier to ride the trend train and cash in.

Though that's a bit of a double edged sword. Imagine selling a product that you didn't make or engineer, have it misinstalled, and then you get lambasted because something catastrophic happened. Not saying that's what happened. Maybe the kit has the wrong parts. I don't really know or care. I just hope the OP gets it resolved with the least amount of impact on him.

Edit: Awesome tags on the bottom. This site is classy, as always I see. *rolleyes*

That line looks degraded somehow.

There should be a series of numbers printed on the side of the hose in the kit. 30R7, 30R9, or 30R14? Just curious. Does it say "CARB approved" or "multi-fuel compatible" on the side of the hose?

If you don't know what you are talking about, don't add fuel to the fire.

The hose is fine, not degraded, and there is no printing on the outside braid. All normal.

There are several style of hose ends for this hose,

This is approximately what it looks like with one type of end installed

Honestly? yes and no...

This is one of the tragically funniest threads I have read in a while. From the stand point of the OP, Visconti and the community collectively this is a loss. Personally I'm salivating thinking about possibilities of an E85 FF kit added to a FI setup with headers and an exhaust. His E85 FF kit was going to be my first power mod but it's not only the power I'm interested in...

In my area E85 is almost $2.00 a gallon cheaper so any E85 setup will end up paying for itself. FF is the way to go...

...let's not throw out the baby with the bathwater.

If Crawford comes up with an E85 FF kit the money will come flying out of my wallet. If Visconti is smart he'll make this right and then partner with someone who actually knows what their doing.

So you still believe the issues with the FF kit are 1000% installation problems and zero problems with the supplied hardware? I wonder why an updated kit has been provided....

Oh wait, I had not noticed it was the troll at it again, nevermind!

So from your post I gather you have no idea FA20Club sells a FF kit even before Visconti and its for sale in the forum?
