I'm curious as to how the handling feels with a very aggressive offset vs near stock offset. I'd assume since you're pushing the wheels out about 40mm on each side, the steering might feel "heavier". What is the weight of wheels and tires?

Throw those forgestars on now and take some pictures please! :-P

The steering feels more stable and planted. It makes the car feel wider, which makes sense since it has the widebody and *IS* wider. It does feel a little bit heavy but not too much. Steering feels comparable to my 06 WRX. I like the feeling a lot better though. I feel like I can stand my ground in any turn better than before and just all around more confident in cornering. It'll be a blast to see what these wheels feel like once they're on. Performance-wise the rota's with the spacers have felt amazing.

Just don't plan on anything until you get those tracking numbers.

As for suspension I have bc br coils, whiteline sway bars and endlinks, cusco bracing and will be getting cusco control arms. Tire for the 19's are going to be a Michelin pilot a/s plus 255/35/R19 in the front and a 275/35/R19 in the rear. Am thinking about getting a separate set of wheels+tires for track use.
I hope you don't run those michelin tires. That is the wrong size and wrong rolling diameter for the scion FRS. You might destroy your widebody fenders with that tire.

you need

255/30/19 front
275/30/19 rear

Don't worry. We realized that this is definitely the wrong tire to use. We're getting the exact same tire you're using. It's coming out of Reno so it'll be a few days, but from what I've heard from you're experience. They should work perfect. Only rubbing issue was in the side skirt correct?

UPDATE: tires should be here by the end of the week. New tires have a diameter of 25". Hopefully they'll fit no worries. Can't wait to mount them.

terrible idea... the rotating diameter would be too large for even the rear...

im running a 235/35/19 and that was a lot of work...

ideally a 255/30/19 should be 625mm diameter which is perfect for the kit....

i will be stepping down to 17s in the coming months and doing an entirely new set up...

Finally got the Perrin over pipe in. Much quieter without the exhaust leak and sounds amazing. The HKS is more lively with the catless pipe.

Got some new wheels on! Working on making them fit with absolutely no rub issues lock-to-lock. But they look amazing... More pictures to follow.

So.. 295/30/19 in the rear and 265/35/19 front is no good..?

Currently I'm on stock struts with eibach pro-kit lowering springs. Installed white line front and rear end links and sway bars today. BC BR coils are going on as soon as I get them back.
