And now, without further delay...
They look SICK! Yes, my high-beams are pretty much useless now, but it's worth it for the sexy, sexy look. I will install some HID spot light/driving lights in the near future that will replace the high-beam's job. The low-beam cutoff is pretty good. There are a couple of very light artifacts above the cutoff line, but nothing that would be distracting to oncoming drivers. Overall, I am extremely happy and I will report back after a couple of rainy days to let you know if moisture enters the lamp housing. I was a bit concerned about the tail light and wheel/tire combo jobs but this was a home run! I was waiting for someone to do the BHLM on the FR-S and you pulled it off. Good job bro!!! :happy0180: I doubt we'll see tail light though and would love to see it pulled off.

You freaking painted the reflectors for your high beams!?
I'm going to resist the urge to comment further... |

Just dont drive in adverse weather conditions or at night in rural areas with no city lights. Although I see your point and I cant condone the unsafe measures of completely defeating your highbeam lamps, Ive personally never used mine in about 7 years.

For anyone considering doing this mod I strongly recommend leaving the stock highbeams alone. Same reflector, same bulb. |

I hope that it seals out the moisture, my previous experience when i was younger has convinced me to leave my lights alone, since moisture is the number one pet peeve of mine in headlights....
Looks good, you have more guts than me..... Yellow highbeams remind me of the JDM ITR front end haha best of luck, now tear apart your tail lights so I can see what they look like!!!

Do_Boy, did you do flat black on yours? It looks mean... and as much as I regret not having any usable high-beams, I must say that it's a little shocking to see the chrome reflector against the blacked out areas. Hmmm.... I guess you gotta make a little compromise for practicality.

I said it before and I will say it again, IT WAS AN EXPERIMENT! Chill out guys, I will likely change these things over and over just for fun. Sheesh. By the way, I am STRONGLY against any lights that simply blind oncoming traffic. I am not a Civic raceboy slapping stickers all over just for shxts and gigs. I am responsible and I encourage everyone here to be so.
