I hate them on the new Nissan models too. I guess I'm in the minority, I kinda like the new front and I hate the new wheels.

LOL... Way for a noob to debut, eh? (Me being the noob).

Been lurking and I know the RB kits are definitely a polarized thing around here. I do like the ver3 though, that duck spoiler is MUCH better than the huge ricer wing the early kits had, IMO. Goes well with the overall scheme of things.

Fortunately they left the body (except the front/rear covers) alone so we can still use the old body kits...I'm right, right? (Please tell me I'm right). Anyhow, the rest looks good to me!
It wouldn't make any sense to change the sheet metal for a couple of bumper covers but it remains to be seen if they actually did or not. It would only take a tweaked angle or 1/4 inch change in size for the old covers to no longer fit right.
Best guess at this point though is that they will fit.

The only thing is that, we don't even know if the old bumper will fit to the new one or the new one to the old one. Therefore I'm led to believe and I may be absolutely wrong that any current body kit may or may not fit right out of the box like the old car. That's probably be my concern for now, I'm sure it's not a hard fix either if they need to chance a few things to make it fit.

One thing I hope that is fixed is the bumper gap on the stock bumper when you remove it and put it back on for whatever reason there's a gap. Or so i keep hearing from owners.

Doesn't matter if they were the bestest rims ever made people would still change them because they are stock.
I have determined that I am going to leave my stock rims on just so that when I attend meets my car is unique!

I still have stockers.... because I want CCW's or nothing. I did, however, buy some stock FRS wheels for my beater forester. They look good on those cars.

So true. The more I think about it, the more I realize I am just not a "wheelie".

In the dozens of cars I've owned, I've rarely thought about changing the wheels, and if I did, I couldn't justify the price.

Now, I did change out a few hubcaps back in the day, but those were cheap to do.

The only reason I might consider changing out the ones on the FR-S is to go smaller and get a little extra sidewall. I just don't care for the ride of low-profile tires.
