He's competed in a bunch WRC events and has finished in the top 10 in a variety of them. He often does very well in the Rally America stages with many overall wins. I think that deserves something more than the title of 'stunt driver' that some people are giving him.

He's a very good driver, and an excellent businessman. Not sure why he gets so much hate.

^Ford is a world wide company. Americans don't buy hatches really, certainly not as much as they do suv's, sedans, or trucks. While in europe, hot hatches are common and focus/fiesta sell much more there.

I'm going to go out on a limb and guess that Ford will undercut the STi on price and they will start around $33k.

you never lived in alaska. there are many models in fords and chevys range that are awd you guys are unaware of. it took me by surprise to until i actually saw them. just my .2 cents.

Agreed, and it will out perform it and receive rave reviews.

Calling it now.

If Toyobaru doesn't move quickly with their mid-cycle refresh (complete with reworked engine) this is definitely on my radar.

Im currently first in line, to be first in line, once there is a line at the big dealership in the state.

Every article/video I see just keeps giving better and better details. I think this is the car Ive been waiting for.

Ha, same here. Once we can order I plan on ordering one. BRZ is going up for sale next month probably and then I'll decide whether or not I'll keep the M3 when this arrives.. I'll keep it at least until it arrives as I need to test drive it before buying.,, with these I have a feeling the only way to test drive will be if you ordered it.. or someone refuses delivery of one.

I always had a soft spot for the RS; however, I'm more than unsatisfied with my ownership experience of the Focus ST. It's a new problem with this car every month or so it seems like and every Ford dealership we've taken it to has absolutely terrible customer service. Hands down the worst ownership and dealership experiences ever.

Shame cause this looks such a promising car.

Similar to what it was with the BRZ. I put money down, paid for it and owned it before I ever drove it.

I would imagine that if these are in the low-mid 30s they are going to go like hotcakes. If you're not putting money down and getting in line you probably won't get one the first year.

Has anyone seen expected stock numbers per dealership at all?
