If the airbags didn't deploy I wonder if that car was parked and someone may have collided with it.

Agreed...

But I also want to think that it was some schmuck thinking he was hot shit as he turned off the nannies for his test drive.

that or a delivery/loading accident. Someone didn't tie it up right?

I doubt it was a delivery accident. All of the panel wrapping and interior plastic would still be on if that were the case.

I agree that it was hit while parked, since the airbags never deployed.

Was deffintly a test drive wreck and the air bags didnt go off because it was hit on the side the air bag sensors are in the middle. There was a guy in denver with a series 10 that got almost the identicle damage and his bags didnt go off cause it didnt hit one of the sensors when he hit a deer but his didnt total they fixed it. This deffintly isnt a total loss the dealer prolly just took the money and the insurance company took it to auction.

Garage
What they don't tell you:

-The customer was uber impressed with the vehicle's playfulness during the road test and he DID order the vehicle afterward. Unfortunately the Dallas TX dealer is having difficulty finding an available unit in the clients color selection of Ignition Silver. LOL

-Despite the dealers assurances that the stock unit only had a minor scratch which they would buff out prior to delivery, the customer wants them to locate a previously undriven unit. LOL

-The client asked the dealer to cancel the order a few days later when he notified insurance of his car purchase and was shocked to see an astronomical insurance quote despite his impeccable driving record. LOL

-During the police report when the driver was asked to recount the events leading to the incident in question, he simply replied, "The Vtech kicked in, yo" LOL

"how do I know?? I wuz there"! (quoting Mater from Cars). LOL
