You could disable ltft if you wanted to but their no real need to ltft is average of stft over time this is all done of the front o2 sensorcwhich is primary fueling sensor

Tuners will often disable ltft if runningning flex kits so it doesnt fight with flex sensor corrections to fueling

Thanks for clearing that up! Are you saying it's often done cause the chance of it fighting the ECA outweighs the benefits of LTFT, or that it's to compensate for not completely fine tuned maps, which would cause it to fight the ECA sensor?

Yeah essentialy you have two systems trying to correct fueling

Some tuners disable ltft some dont. Some run full time closed loop or their own fueling strategys

It's been awhile, but we've got some new tune updates for everybody running our naturally aspirated tunes! As usual, these updates are $65 to update to for current customers running older revisions.

Current versions and their respective improvements are as follows:

NA Stage 1 - V7.00

- Improved power output, especially top end.
- Closed loop fuel control under high load conditions.
- Smoother drivability in low rpm, low load areas.
- Improved throttle control.
- Available soft rev limiter.

NA Stage 2 - V7.50

- Improved power output across the board, but especially top end.
- Closed Loop fuel control under high load conditions.
- Smoother drivability in low rpm, low load areas.
- Improved throttle control.
- Available soft rev limiter.

Ace Header Specific - V8.00

- Improved power output across the board, but especially top end.
- Closed Loop fuel control under high load conditions.
- Smoother drivability in low rpm, low load areas.
- Improved throttle control.
- Available soft rev limiter.

Additionally, ALL tunes have now been updated to the most current RaceROM patches to support the new EcuTek ECU Connect Bluetooth features.

Some ROM versions will also offer a bump in fuel economy, depending on your current tune version. Email me directly at sales@delicioustuning.com.com for more details.

Other updates include:

- All of our Flex Fuel kits, MK 1 and MK 1+, now operate on a 0.5-4.5V signal to the Rear 02. This gives us increased room for error reporting. It also provides more room to implement extra safety features on the tuning side of things, whether we're tuning it or anyone else.

- Flex Fuel kits now come with updated hardware, and all kits currently sold come default as iPhone and Adnroid compatible.

- Current kits now operate on BTLE instead of Bluetooth Classic for better compatibility with today's smartphone's and their operating systems, as well as decreased battery consumption when using the app.

- We have the iPhone app up and running, with several beta testers running around to finish validation for us while Apple goes over final approval to put it up on the App Store. We expect the final App to be approved and released for everyone very shortly, by the end of this month (July '17) at latest.

More info to come soon!

Sincerely,

Zach

Have been running the updated tune for a week now. Major difference in power mid range to redline. Car ran great at Sonoma this past weekend.

Awesome stuff as always. Thanks guys!

Hi everybody,

We (and our flex fuel kits) are a top 15 semi-finalist in SEMA Launch pad and we need your support in the Facebook voting contest for us to proceed to the next round.

Voting takes less than 30 seconds and you can only vote once.

So let's show SEMA how strong this community is, while also sending a message that ethanol fuels are not the enemy.

So vote Delicious, Pierce and for corn made ethanol-blend fuels!

Thanks!

In response to customer demand, Delicious Tuning has completed and released the company’s iPhone-based (version 10.2 and newer) data-monitoring app for its flex-fuel systems. Now, customers of all stripes – whether Android or iPhone-powered – can use their mobile device to directly monitor their Delicious Flex-Fuel kit, track fuel pressure and ethanol content, and data-log minimum and maximum values in real-time.

The iPhone app has been an ongoing challenge for Delicious. Apple is historically protective of its app store, and finding a working balance with them (without making this product cost extra) was an exercise. It was worth the effort: the improved efficiency of Bluetooth “LE” chips in new iPhones doubles the app’s speed, quadruples its range, and improves device connectivity.

Because Delicious Tuning has sold almost 1000 flex-fuel kits, there will be legacy parts updates to chase down. As always, the company will stand behind their product. If you paid for an early iPhone-paired flex-fuel kit and can verify it, Delicious will need to update your firmware and hardware (at our cost – give us a call). If you’ve recently bought a flex-fuel kit and would like to make it iPhone-friendly, contact Delicious for how to do it. Note: some of the company’s newest flex-fuel kits are already iPhone-capable, (SN: 0739 & up) so download the app and give it a try. If your kit is below SN 0739 and you did not originally purchase an iPhone compatible kit, it will need to be sent in and upgraded via this link: https://www.delicioustuning.com/node/149

Another option for folks on MK 1 kits that are also interested in the iPhone update would be through our MK 1+ Update and the ECA Core Exchange option, available here: https://www.delicioustuning.com/DESS_Mk1_Plus_Upgrade

Ordering the MK 1+ along with a fresh core ensures that the new ECA you receive will be iPhone and Android cross compatible out of the box.

Sincerely,

Zach

Any kits purchased roughly after April of this year will have iPhone compatibility out of the box.

Hi Everyone,

Say hello to my little friend. He is still in the prototype stages but you kept asking for a gauge to work with our current line of Flex Fuel Kits and here it is. This unit will work with all Delicious Tuning Flex Fuel Kits roaming the marketplace.

[ame="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1DfbygQbBbs"]Flex Fuel Gauge and Something Else... - YouTube[/ame]

The other cool option we are debating on is boost control through the gauge. The feature would be a way of setting up boost control based on ethanol content and the user has full control of those settings. Let us know what you think and if you have any suggestions we are always listening.

Planned release is first quarter 2018.

Happy Holidays!
