It's funny watching folks say dynos are cherry picked for numbers, when typically many repeated pulls are shown, with the outliers thrown out.

Better tuner, better header etc. That was the tip of the iceberg

I'll tell you now to just go buy the Supra, if you want power.

Definitely wait it out a little bit until everything is vetted. Remote tuning isn't ready yet.
Excellent, thanks for the response!

Over 240whp on e85. I was not expecting that, it will be fun to have flex fuel when tunning is well developed.

A bit of a noob tuning question. What tuner/vendor/tuning solution should I be following if all I'm interested in is refining the throttle map?

Power, power delivery, even rev-hang I don't have an issue with in this car. Just the goofy throttle map. Would love a linear pedal.

The tuning solutions for the 1st gen cars seem to be quite diverse and disparate compared to say, WRX. Much harder to get a good feel on what the options are with some casual searching.

This may be of help, it's basically a product review:

Thanks for that. I first saw that when he posted it. I park my car for the winter months, just had it out the other day for first time since before I watched that and the wonky throttle response was extra noticeable since I wasn't used to it.

I immediately thought back to this video so I re-watched and that's what sparked my question here. My takeaway from his video was he wanted his more linear BRZ throttle to be more sensitive like a GR86. Looking more into pedal commander I doubt it'll do what I want. I just want a more linear overall throttle.

I'll need to experiment more in the spring but I feel like it's not responsive enough for low speeds/small pedal inputs and then quickly transitions to too responsive for moderate pedal input.

These sorts of things don't ACTUALLY change the the throttle response or curve anyway. They just manipulate your actual throttle input in such a way that the ECU outputs something slightly more linear.
