Help choosing right size swift springs.

Hi everybody. I'm running stance coilovers right now and want to upgrade the springs to something more of a 10k spring rate but need help on the right size springs. The sizing chart on their website is confusing. So many options to choose from. Anyone done this upgrade on their coils and can offer any sugguestions?

Go outside, pull a wheel, and use a measuring tape.
Or read the markings on the spring and go back inside and find out what they mean.

There are just two measurements besides spring rate.
Inner diameter and length.
Why 10k? It's going to be bouncy stiff. But maybe you are slammed.

Yes. Close to slammed. Right now it's at a 7k up front and 6k in the rear. Want it to be more stiff on turns

For what reason? To prevent rubbing, or for grip?

If it's for grip, going stiffer isn't going to help unless you have a better shock to dampen the stiffer spring. If it's to stop rubbing, then you'll be fine (albeit bouncy).

Pic of car? And details of the setup? (wheels/tires/alignment etc)
How stiff are you on the shock settings?

I understand 10k is good for track or if you are slammed, but if you have a street car and on street tires, 10k is a little too much. And stiffer isn't always better.

I see. Thanks for the input guys. Well currently running stock wheels, but plans are to go rocketbunny with wide wheels low offset.

It's a daily driver with plans on turning it to a track car. Should I go with a 9k spring rate?
