It'll come to fruition. the dirty apple that has my eye is an 2009+ R3
I spent 700 bucks this year so far on compression tests and pre-purchase inspections for 2 chassis so far and still no luck.. but its also probably never going to be a thing again. Those cars are too niche for my standards |

Saw an i8 parked in a driveway today, as Waze took me through side roads to avoid a traffic calamity. Money.

Of all the places I've been in the world, my favorites are Hawaii and Spain. Specifically, I liked the resort coast of Maui (best beach ever) and the entire northern and western coast of Spain.
You ever thought of retiring early and just getting the fuck out of town? A Coruna in Spain has apartments for around $600/month. Why am I working so hard?

Sorry to Double post but im at my computer now and wanted to show off the "rainbow district" or what they call
Gamcheon Culture Village It started out as "poor persons district" to seperate them from the working areas of the industrial site, but be out of site from the rest of the city. The roads are super narrow usually 1 and a half cars wide and its not uncommon to see homebuilt contraptions (akin to a gator or atv type deal) Originally it was built in the 1920s but over the last 10 years or so the City has put effort into making it a ritzy artisty area, offering a walking tour. and giving shops heavy discounts on taxations and permits. its not uncommon to see a community garden next to a coffee shop or some art gallery. It also hosts a Buddist temple and a medical center ( out patients still have to head into the big city) But it has what you need to survive and there's a specific bus line to take you from the outter rim of the district to the subway transit system. I found it rather quaint and it was nice walking around the steep paths and seeing children and families out and about. course at the time I had slicked back black hair and I stand at 6 foot 3 and 220 lbs so they musta thought i was russian or something. |

some day i'd like to think i'd like to travel the world some.
but then i just cut a trip to Tennessee short(was originally planning on staying through saturday, left thrusday) because i got tired of spending money, staying in hotels, and while trying to waste time there couldn't help but think of all the stupid stuff i could do at home without spending $200/day on lodging and food...

my cousin got me to go through the marine recruitment office once-- after he had already enlisted, he wanted me to join as well (never said it, but likely so he could get the bonus off me). after taking their test, the sergeant giving me the test paused for a minute with a look on his face, and then slowly said "well, every military has a lot of positions other than combat duty..." and that was as far as a concept of a military career went for me. some days i wonder if it would've been nice to do a tour or two and retire by 35 with a pension, but it would've meant i would've enlisted right before iraq, and it would not have been a pleasant time to be enlisting. i'm also not entirely sure i'd survive boot camp either.
