I suggest your next step is flow testing the laminovas and front rad to see if there any blockages.

Or it you have an inspection camera stick it into the map hole and check the laminova is looking okay.

I was afraid that was my next step. Going to take the AC compressor out to double check wiring, but after that it looks like I should find some clear tubing!

i doubt its the wiring so dont put to much effort in. I wouldnt take the compressor out youll have to re gas it.

Does you IAT temp read close to your ambient temp sensor when the car hasn't been run?

It would be easier to put a resistor in place of the temp sensor on your car and your friends. It it reads the same then you know its not the wiring.
Somewhere between 2k6 and 1k8 will give you between 20 and 30C.

It does read ambient on cold start, significant heat soak otherwise. Moving the AC compressor shouldn't merit a re-gas correct? I won't disconnect hoses, just move it out of the way to get under the manifold.

Ah okay.

Reading heat soak it okay mine does it if I sit in traffic, it will go plus 12C on ambient if ambient is 25c.

Ugh... Seeing this makes me yearn for another Cossie kit. Alas... by the time I can afford one sometime next year, they will probably be all gone...

I drove about 80 km today. So far so good. No error lights on. I didnt go fast but i could feel more torque on every gear.
The install was quite simple. Matt was very helpfull with the software. Thanks. The most difficult part was to route the cooling tubes and removing the ait from the cooling system. One think i dont like is a dcratch on the hood made by the air intake tube. I will have to do something about it. Pics and movs soon.

Some cars touch the hood and some don't
you may have noticed the hood also moves a lot at speed
when static there's about 1/2" of clearance ( or should be)

but some folks take a bag of lead shot or sand and use that to spread the load of a light hammer blow to put and small dent in the cross beam to give some clearance

I will try to cover and protect this place with a sheet of a sound deadening material. If I fail, I will ask a car tinsmith to use a hammer.

It's not hard to do it yourself. Paintless dent repair on aluminum is done between 150-200F, so take some boiling water and some rags to heat it up while hammering! No bowing on the outside of the hood at all.
