And you waited more than 2 months to tell us? We've been waiting all this time with no news.

Sorry! I’ve been busy. Had surgery just after getting the engine, my German Shepherd died, then a dog ran into me mid corner while I was riding my motorcycle to work- got a separated right shoulder out of that, then my mom died and I am currently driving 2000 miles to her funeral. I put the new engine in the engine bay this past weekend, gotta hook some stuff up and install some new supporting mods, should get my transmission this next week, and I can put a break in tune on it. Then a final tune and I’ll be back up and running. I can’t wait!

If you look above, I explained why I haven’t gotten it fully installed yet. I am happy with the outcome, and I do believe quality will be there. I got some nice upgrades that they threw in for free, so in the long run I will be happy I believe. Business has an excellent reputation for quality and service after the sell, but wow it took long enough!! I’m not dragging anyone through the mud though, sorry fellas,I gave my word that I wouldn’t.

Sorry, no matter what you choose to believe, at face value based on what you typed this business is worth zero in terms of reputation.

I hope I didn’t sound angered or rude in that post, I didn’t mean to. If you want to believe that, that is fine by me. But in the end, I think they built a very good engine. They are also willing to stand behind it. If that isn’t the case, I will spread it to the corners of the earth.

You are potentially screwing us or the business. You pick.

Well, I gave my word. That is important to me. I’m not screwing anyone. Make sure you have a firm agreement on a reasonable expectation of a time frame at the time you commit to doing this kind of business. That aspect was my failure. Luckily for me, the forum lawyers do not determine my response to the situation. If anybody asked about this business, I would say great work, just get them to commit to a completion time frame. I am eight hours drive from them, and I truly believe local business with local people constantly present in their shop got the attention. I was out of sight, out of mind so to speak. I’m sorry if you don’t like my answer, but I don’t feel like im “screwing” anybody.

So what business do we need to get a firm timeline established with?

You're really not helping out their next potential customer from the forum.

I just did. No matter where you go, have an agreement. There, helped.

THEN CHANGE THE TITLE AND ORIGINAL POST! otherwise it just seems like you are complaining for the sake of complaining.

Textbook definition of what a "rant" is.
