What tires & their specs are mounted?

When I went to Discount Tire they had to order a TPMS rebuilt kit for each in order to make the swap. I opted just for a whole extra set of sensors since I'll be swapping back and forth to my stock wheels here and there. I believe new ones are around $70 a wheel.

I am seriously considering these wheels 18x8.0 +45 at stock suspension .

Looks aside , how stable do you feel when driving with these wheels and your tire choice (cruising/bustin' it/tracking/etc) ?
