My Series Yellow is coming with the following Port Installed Accessories:
(MEA) Cargo Tray
(QES) Chrome Fuel Door Cover
(DHP) Auto-Dimming Mirror with Compass and HomeLink (R)
(H8B) Wheel Locks-Alloy Wheels
(QEV) Rear Bumper Applique

My Dealer is telling me that it is not modifiable. Unfortunately I don't really want any of them, especially not the Rear Bumper Applique as I plan on striping the car. Are the other Series Yellows coming with the same Port Installed Accessories? Have other dealers allowed modifications?

It sounds like they are trying to get the most money they can from you.

My Yellow is not coming with any options. In fact, my salesman specifically asked if I wanted to add any options to it, to which I declined.

I have seen 2 dealers in my area (SoCal) within the past week quickly and easily go into their ordering system and change the accessories on 2017 BRZ orders.
Shop around, you don't need to go to Coscto to get a good price - in my area multiple dealers are offering at/near invoice.

None of those are normal options but dealers can do whatever they want to the car. It belongs to the until it is sold. You as the customer have the option of walking away from that one though. It already comes with special wheels so I don't know why they would change those. Wheel locks and the cargo tray are not a bad idea so could be worth it. The applique and the mirror may be fine but I have no first had experience. A chrome fuel door cover? Really? They think it is a 1994 Eclipse or something?

When I saw the car sitting in front of the dealership, it was gorgeous! Pics do not do it justice. The wheels, the color, everything.
