Current mods:

- Kraftwerks c30-94 supercharger kit
- agency power headers
- tomei overpipe
- tomei 3 inch titanium catless front pipe
- tomei 3 inch titanium catback
- tomioka water and alternator pulley
- cusco catch can
- clutchmasters fx350 with lightweight flywheel
- driveshaft shop aluminum driveshaft + axles

his car is runing great, has been supercharged for a year now, going to dyno it again the next couple of days.

last dyno was last year without the clutchmasters and driveshaft shop upgrades and he had a agency power frontpipe + over pipe combo that was 2.5inch catted and it got him around 270 whp on 98 ron (around 93oct)

now he wants more power and wants some recommendations.

- should he go with the smaller pulley for more boost or should he go c38 upgrade?
- which injectors, fuel pump, pictons, rods, etc do you guys recommend to use?
- if he goes c38 upgrade, do you guys recommend him going with the hks stroker 2.1l kit with cams or should he just get a piston/rod set up?
- what do you think are the most numbers he can get as he does want to reach over 430whp ~ 450whp (if possible 500whp even though he doubts it) , not to forget the best fuel available here is 93oct.

Awaiting your feedback guys

Thanks in advance.
I'm in the middle of doing this very same thing with an hks compressor to see what it can produce on a budget.

what im adding:

-90mm pulley (16-17psi)
-6 puck act clutch & LW flywheel, mtec shifter springs, and trd shifter kit
-skunk2 connecting rods (H beams) little less than $400 for the set.
-Ti valve springs they are weak stock (fully depressed with my fingers)
-i lowered compression 0.8 to 1.0 using a thicker cosworth head gasket instead of replacing pistons
-larger intercooler

hoping to make 380 whp'ish

what i had previously:

-HKS GT Compressor
-HKS S type oil cooler
-110mm pulley (9-10psi)
-ft86speedfactory UEL header Ti coated and Ti wrapped
-FIC 660 injectors and DW65 fuel pump
-e85 moto east flex kit
-perrin LW crank pulley

this made 300whp

I would recommend a higher boost pulley, some injectors, a pump if not already done, dual tune for e85 and premium, clutch and flywheel. Maybe an Intercooler, but i'm not familiar with the capabilities of the C30 Kit's Included one.

PS also an oil cooler

thanks bro, what ti valve springs are you using?

do u think the skunk2 H Rods with a set of pistons would handle the c38 upgrade with methanol? (i think this is the safest way to go instead of playing with my stock cams and having issues later.)

valve springs were around $250, I dont see any need to upgrade pistons unless you are planning to reduce compression more than a point or push over 500 hp.

if youre building on a budget all i changed out were:

-rods/hardware/bearings
-head studs/thicker head gaskets
-valve springs/retainers
-piston rings

i saved quite a bit by using a thicker head gasket over the new piston set.
stock pistons work with aftermarket rods.

if you plan to do pistons and cams then id go with a stroker or some other full build set on a supercharger.
