Just happened to me today. Ran inside work to pick something up ad left torque app open thinking I'll only be in there a minute. Came back out l, started the car and it threw the code. Thanks to this thread just cleared it and when about my way

Good thread!

I had this happen today in my freshly tuned car (Kraftwerks Supercharger). First time I'd driven it since getting it back and I forgot I had torque running.
I knew about the fault code, but didn't expect it to put my car in to limp mode too. I freaked out when it wouldn't rev past 4000RPM and thought there was something really bad going on!

I cleared the code and everything was fine. But reading this is reassuring!

Time for some dedicated scan gauges to avoid this problem

Happened to me today (HKS v3 SC)... first time I use the torque app in a while... didn't know about exiting the app before shutting down. Luckily I found this thread, cleared the code and like you, I'm feeling reassured!
