what's the difference between the 69 and 119 pricing other than the warranty?

The canbus kit has a lower defective rate.
The regular kit works just fine for most people but some people want the best quality and that's what the canbus kit is for.

It can also be used for higher end cars like BMW and Mercedes to get rid of the bulb out message when they change to HID.
